All good things are wild and free.

I am not my name, my home, the money I make nor the clothes I wear. I am a spiritual being, a wise soul and my values come forth from older times long before Christianity and the idea of our ways known to be 'sinful'. I am forever growing, forever searching upon the lands to find peace and harmony within nature and myself. I am a hobbit at heart and I worship all that is of the natural world.

Interests include: studying nature. paganism. druidry. wicca. norse mythology. asatru. kemetism. psychometry. spirits and witchcraft. black metal. folk metal. beer. red wine. good literature. the lord of the rings. playing the guitar. arkona. amon amarth. forests. intellectual and spiritual beings. and cooking.

Scientists have developed a device that can actually ‘listen’ to these stress responses.

I’m going to file this under “more reasons why vegetarians and vegans can gtfo because plants are fucking alive and aware of what happens to them too.”
Sorry vegetarian and vegan friends but YES.

Scientists are already up to the point of proving something that the ancients and tribal people already know. Awesome. Now if the rest of the world can actually respect plants as the do animals.

^ EARTHMAGICK MAKES ME SMILE.
I love that. Just because something is “discovered” by science, doesn’t mean that it hasn’t been discovered before. Magick is still magick. Regardless of wether or not you understand it.

Bingo. Science and magick are not mutually exclusive

What makes you think as vegetarians and vegans, we don’t already know this? At least I can speak for myself as a vegetarian and say I understand both plants AND animals have feelings. What thing that grows isn’t alive? Nothing, its common sense. There are so many reasons to not eat meat regardless even if it means we are still eating something that feels. Like not giving into the ignorance of the destruction and abuse among domestic animals and our planet by having a vegetarian based diet not including those in poorer countries who don’t have a choice. I bet you didn’t consider that. Anyway interesting read!
